N P Cargo Courier is based in Sunderbaugh Towers right on Makarpura Road. If you know the area, you know how busy Makarpura Road can get with all the trucks and cars. Our spot in the towers is where we sort through the packages and manage the deliveries. It’s a lot of lifting boxes and checking labels. The office is usually cluttered with parcels waiting to be sent out or picked up. We don't have much in the way of decoration, just some shelves and a sturdy counter. Working in cargo means our schedule is pretty much dictated by when the trucks arrive. Sunderbaugh Towers is a well-known building, so it’s easy for people to drop off their items. We have a small crew, and we’re mostly on our feet all day. The air can get a bit dusty from all the cardboard, but that’s part of the job. We don’t use any fancy tracking software that’s hard to understand, just the basic stuff that works for us. It’s a loud place sometimes with the road noise, but we don't mind it much. We just focus on getting the cargo where it needs to go without any fuss. It’s a practical business, and we keep things moving along every day. Most of the local shops around here use us because we are right on their route.
