102-103 Shreem Apartment isn't where you’d expect a tech-focused company to be, but it works for us. We are tucked away in a residential-style building, which makes it feel more like a home than a stiff office. SITECH PLM deals with software and product lifecycle stuff, so mostly we are just staring at screens and talking through design problems. It’s quiet most of the time, except for when the neighbors are moving around. We don't have a big reception area or shiny signs. Most people who come here are looking for technical help, and they know where to find us. The desks are usually covered in coffee mugs and printed manuals. We’ve been in this spot for some time, and the convenience of being in a normal apartment building means we don't have to deal with the chaos of a major commercial hub. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we manage. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we take the stairs. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep our clients happy with their software needs. It’s a small team, and we all know what needs to be done. We usually just eat lunch together at the main table and talk about things other than work. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, which is how we like to keep it while we handle the complicated PLM stuff.
