My name is Mona Rajiv Shah and I run things from my place at Mundhwa, specifically at Dandia Bazar. It’s unit 302. I’ve lived and worked in this part of Pune for quite a while now. Things here are usually quite busy with the market nearby. I don't have a big staff or a corporate headquarters. It’s mostly just me handling the day-to-day tasks that come up. Whether it’s paperwork or meeting local people, I stay pretty occupied. Mundhwa has changed a lot over the years, but Dandia Bazar still has that local feel I like. I started this because I wanted something of my own to manage. I don't really go in for big advertisements or flashy signs. Most people find out about what I do through word of mouth or just by being in the neighborhood. It's a practical way to live and work. My office space isn't huge, but it has everything I need to stay organized. I try to keep things simple and honest. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy, but that’s just life in a busy area like 302 Dandia Bazar. I focus on finishing whatever is on my desk for the day. It’s not a complicated life, but it’s mine. I enjoy being part of the local scene here and just getting things done without making a big fuss about it.
