Microlit

Microlit is located in Vadodara, Gujarat. Our office is number 23 in the Shivali Society. It’s right behind the Utkarsh Petrol Pump in the Karelibaug area. It’s a pretty easy spot to find once you know the petrol pump is the main landmark. We have been here in Vadodara for quite some time. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it’s comfortable for us. We don't have any of those modern open-plan offices you see on TV. We just have our own spaces where we can focus on the work. Being in a society like Shivali means it’s a bit more personal than a big industrial park. We know the people living around us. We spend our days handling various tasks and making sure everything is in order. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We have a small group of staff, and we all get along pretty well. We don't go in for big speeches or mission statements. We just want to get through our list of things to do and make sure the customers are satisfied. The weather in Gujarat can get really hot, so we appreciate the shade we have here. We keep things simple and don't try to pretend to be something we aren't. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people doing their best every day. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a decent service to those who need it.
