Our place is Mehta Desai Consultants and we are located at 206 Anand Bhavan Apt. It is right there opposite the Polo Ground in Vadodara. The zip code is 390001, just in case someone is sending us a letter. Living and working in Gujarat has its own rhythm, you know. From the window, we can see people over at the ground when there’s something going on. It’s a decent spot. The apartment building is a bit older, but it has character. We don’t have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from whatever we are doing. It gets quite busy on the roads outside, especially during the rush hours. We just stay focused on the work inside. The office furniture is a bit mixed, some old chairs and a few newer ones we got last year. We don’t really worry about the decor much. It’s just about having a place to sit and get through the tasks. Vadodara is a good city to be in. We like the local food around here too. Sometimes we grab a snack from the vendor downstairs. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of life at Mehta Desai Consultants. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just show up at Anand Bhavan and do the work that is waiting for us on our desks. It’s been like this for years.
