Matrix Comsec

Our place is at 394 in the GIDC area of Makarpura. It’s a large industrial estate, so there is always something going on nearby. Matrix Comsec has been based out of this Makarpura address for more years than I can count. The building is a basic industrial unit that we’ve divided into an office area and a space for handling our security and telecom products. It’s not a fancy showroom by any means. We have desks, some testing equipment, and a lot of shelving for the inventory. Most of us have been working here together for a long time, so we have a routine that works. The air conditioning struggles a bit during the hottest months, but we manage. We spend our time answering technical questions, packing orders, and making sure the products are ready for the customers. Makarpura is a good location for us because it’s central to many of the businesses we work with. There’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day, with couriers and technicians dropping in. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the products we have and try to be helpful when someone calls with a problem. It’s a grounded, practical environment where the focus is on getting the work done right. We like the community here in GIDC and it feels like a solid place to be based.
