Our place, Matangi Exporters, is tucked away in Wadi Daliya Pole. If you know the Sanidev Temple, you’re basically there. It’s one of those narrow streets where everyone knows everyone else. Working out of an older part of town has its own rhythm. We don't have a big glass building or a receptionist. Usually, it's just a couple of us in the office handling whatever needs doing that day. The temple nearby means there’s always a bit of life on the street, people coming and going. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy during festivals, but we don't mind much. We spend most of our time on the phone or tracking down where a particular order has ended up. Exporting things from here involves a lot of back and forth with transporters who sometimes struggle to find the small lanes. It’s a practical setup. We have our desks, our computer, and plenty of tea to get through the afternoons. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the boxes we send out arrive in one piece and the people we deal with are satisfied. It’s steady work. Some days are quieter than others, giving us time to catch up on the filing that always seems to pile up. We’ve been at this location for a bit, and the neighbors are used to seeing us hauling packages or waiting for deliveries. It’s just how we run things.
