Mangalam Construction Co

Mangalam Construction Co is based out of the Nahar Seth Industrial Estate on Gotri Road, specifically in room 303 in the Chakala Sahar area. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but we like it. Most of our day is spent looking at blueprints or talking to guys on the job sites. We have a lot of dusty boots near the door and rolls of paper all over the tables. Construction is a messy business, and our office reflects that. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a map of the local area. People call us when they need something built or fixed up. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated explanations. We just tell you what we can do and how long it’ll probably take. Usually, someone is on the phone arguing about a delivery of cement or bricks. It’s loud, and it’s constant, but we’ve been at it for years. Gotri Road is a busy area, and being in the industrial estate means we are close to our suppliers. We handle the small stuff and the bigger projects without making a big fuss about it. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we don’t need to say much to understand what needs to happen next. It’s just work, and we do it every day starting early in the morning and finishing up whenever the job allows.
