Pratham Trading Company

Pratham Trading Company is situated on the first floor of shop number 110. We are inside the Pavitra Flat Township, which is right by the Maneja Crossing. Having an office on the first floor means we have to climb the stairs multiple times a day, which can be a bit tiring when it is humid outside. The township is usually filled with people who live there, so it has a much different feel than a regular commercial market. We handle our trading business from this single room, which is packed with computers and files that have been sitting there for years. The view from our window is mostly the traffic at Maneja Crossing, which can get really backed up during the evening hours. You can hear the constant sound of horns and engines, but after a while, you just stop noticing it. Our furniture is a bit mismatched and the floor has a few scratches from moving things around, but it is a comfortable place for us to work. We do not have a big staff, just a few people who know the business well. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking prices on the screen. It is a straightforward life here in the township. We like that we are close to the crossing because it makes it easy for people to give directions to our place, even if the stairs are a little steep for some.
