Our yard is usually full of different pieces of equipment coming in and going out. It’s a lot of coordination. One day a machine is here, the next it’s on a truck headed somewhere else. The Gidc estate is always humming with activity, and we’re right in the middle of it. It’s not a clean or quiet job. There’s always grease, dust, and the sound of engines. We have a small office on the plot where we handle the logs and paperwork, but most of the action happens outside. Our team knows how to handle the gear, and we don't spend much time sitting around. We don’t have a fancy sales team. Usually, people call us because they need a piece of equipment and they heard we have it. We keep things pretty simple. If the machines are working and the trucks are moving, it’s a good day. Sometimes things break down or schedules get messed up, and we just have to fix it and move on. It’s a tough business but it keeps us busy. We’ve been at this plot for a while now and we know most of the neighbors. It’s just a regular day-to-day grind for us.
