So, we are located on Atmajyoti Ashram Road, specifically at number 101. Management Consulting Services is what it says on the door, but really it’s just a few of us who know a thing or two about organizing a workplace. It’s a quiet enough area, which helps when you’re trying to think through a client’s problem. We started this because we saw a lot of people struggling with the basic setup of their businesses. It’s not just about the big ideas; it’s the daily grind that gets people. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons usually involve sitting down with someone who is stressed out about their operations. The office is pretty basic. We have a couple of old chairs that have seen better days, but they work. We don't use a lot of jargon here. If a process is broken, we say it's broken and then try to fix it. We’ve been at this for some time now. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but clients still make their way to 101. We aren't looking to become some massive global firm. We like the local feel of the Ashram Road area. It's nice to know the people who walk by every day. We just keep things moving and try to be useful to whoever walks through the door needing a bit of advice on how to manage their staff or their inventory better.
