Tci Products

Tci Products operates out of Plot No. 866-6-5-b in the GIDC Ind. Estate. The plot number is a bit of a mouthful, but we are easy enough to find once you get into the right lane of the estate. The workspace is a mix of storage and production, with most of the area taken up by the things we are currently working on. It’s a functional space without any extra comforts. We have a small table in the corner where we eat our lunch and have our morning tea. The work we do is pretty repetitive, but it requires us to stay alert so we don't make mistakes with the batches. We have a few regular trucks that come by to pick up our finished goods, and we know the drivers by name. The walls are painted a dull grey and have some old calendars hanging on them. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers walking around. It’s just us doing the daily tasks that need to get done. The power goes out once in a while, which gives us an unexpected break, but usually, we are busy from start to finish. We don't really think about things like "brand identity" or anything like that. We just want to make sure the products are made right and the customer doesn't have a reason to complain.
