Anusha Enterprise is tucked away at Plot No. 1007. It’s not a huge operation, just a modest setup where we handle our daily business. We’ve been at this spot for some time, and the walls show it. There’s some chipped paint here and there, but the machines inside work just fine. We don't really do much in the way of decorating. Most of the space is taken up by inventory and the workbench area. If you come by, you’ll probably see me or one of the guys moving boxes around. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the floor gets a bit crowded. It’s just how it goes when you’re working with limited space. The neighborhood around Plot No. 1007 is mostly other small businesses like ours. We all kind of know each other. Sometimes we borrow tools from the neighbors if something breaks down. We aren't big on meetings or long emails. Most things get decided over a quick chat on the shop floor. It’s a simple way to run things, and it works for us. The phone rings a lot, usually people checking on their orders. We do our best to answer everyone, even when we’re shorthanded. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, but we’re used to the grind by now. Just a regular small shop trying to stay busy. We have a small fridge for our lunch boxes and a hot plate for making tea during the afternoon slump.
