Maksteel Wire Healds Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No. 880-1-2-3-4 in the Gidc Ind. Estate. It’s a fairly large plot because we need the room for the wire work and the machinery. We’ve been here for quite some time now, just focusing on making these specific parts. It’s repetitive work, but it requires a lot of attention to make sure nothing gets tangled or bent the wrong way. The people working here are mostly locals who have been doing this for years. We don’t have a flashy website or a team of sales people. Most of our orders come from people who have known us for a long time. The factory floor is busy, and there’s a constant hum from the machines that you eventually stop noticing after a few hours. We keep things pretty simple. There’s a small space for the administrative stuff, but most of the action happens where the wire is. We try to keep the place organized, though with so much material moving around, it’s a constant battle against the clutter. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide the parts that our customers expect from us. It’s a steady life at the GIDC. We show up, do the work, and go home. That’s about all there is to it. No one here wears a tie, and we prefer it that way because the work is honest and keeps us busy.
