Our place is located at Plot No. 919-2 inside the Gidc Industrial Estate. Working at India Medtronic Pvt. Ltd. means being part of the daily bustle of the estate. There are always trucks moving in and out, and the sound of forklifts is pretty common. Our building is a sturdy one, built to handle all the inventory we have to move around. We spend a lot of time in the warehouse or at the desks making sure every box is where it needs to be. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The roads around the Gidc can get pretty bumpy, especially after the monsoon, so we have to be careful with the deliveries. We usually have our tea breaks together in the small canteen area. We don't have a lot of polished marketing talk to give anyone who asks about us. We just explain that we are India Medtronic Pvt. Ltd. and we happen to be based right here in this industrial plot. The days are usually full of checking lists and scanning items. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and the neighbors on the other plots know us well. It’s a busy life, but we like the routine of the industrial estate and the people we see every day at the front gate. We just try to get the orders right and get home.
