Aditya Biologicals Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 200 in the GIDC Ind. Estate. Our building is a bit more closed off than the metal shops around us because of what we handle. Inside, there are lots of bags and containers filled with biological products and materials. It’s not as noisy as a fabrication shop, but it’s still very busy in its own way. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure the storage temperatures are okay. The warehouse part of the plot is usually quite cool, which is nice during the hotter months. We have a small team that handles the bagging and the loading. It’s a lot of careful work because you can't just toss these things around like iron bars. We’ve been at Plot 200 for a good while, and we’ve seen the estate change quite a bit over the years. We don't have a flashy reception area or a lot of fancy signs. Just a simple board at the gate. Most of our day is spent in the back, making sure the orders are packed correctly and ready for the morning transport. We aren't big on meetings or corporate talk. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s a steady job and we like the routine of it. We’ll be here if you need to drop by.
