Lobo Staffing Solution Pvt Ltd operates out of Janakpuri Society in Baroda. We’re at number 3, right near Vidya Vihar School in the Subhanpura area. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood, which is nice for getting things done. Being close to a school means we hear the bell ring every now and then, but mostly it's just a normal day at the office. We deal with staffing and all the paperwork that comes with it. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just some chairs, desks, and filing cabinets. We’ve been in Subhanpura for a while and the locals know us. We try to be helpful when people come in asking about jobs or services. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished spokesperson. It's usually just one of us answering the phone or checking the mail. Baroda is a good city for this kind of work. The pace is manageable. We spend our mornings sorting through applications and the afternoons on the phone. Sometimes we run out of milk for tea, and someone has to walk down the street. That’s about as dramatic as it gets here. We’re just a small team in a residential society trying to help people find where they need to go in their careers. It's a living and we stay busy with the day-to-day tasks.
