We’ve got people scattered across Jaipur, Vadodara, Gujarat, and Pune. It’s a lot of ground to cover. Lnt is the kind of place where you’re often out in the field rather than sitting behind a desk. One day you might be in the heat of Rajasthan and the next you’re dealing with the humidity in Gujarat or the hills around Pune. It makes for a lot of travel and a lot of phone calls to keep everyone on the same page. We deal with big projects, so there’s always something going on with heavy machinery or construction sites. Our offices in these cities are mostly hubs for the engineers and managers to meet up and go over plans. It’s not very glamorous work. There’s usually a lot of dust and boots involved. We talk about timelines and materials more than anything else. Each city has its own vibe, so our teams are a bit different depending on where they are based. We don't have a single "headquarters" feel because we are so spread out. We just try to make sure the work gets done right and on time. It takes a lot of coordination to manage people in four different locations. We aren't into fancy presentations. We’d rather just show you the progress on the ground. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do for a living. Most of the guys have been with us for years now.
