Lloyd Insulation India Ltd is situated at 118 1179 Nirmal Park on the Gidc Main Road in Makarpura, Vadodara. If you’ve ever been to Makarpura, you know it’s the heart of the industrial side of the city. Everything around here is about manufacturing and logistics. Our office is right in the thick of it. There are always big trucks rumbling past the front gate, and the air usually smells a bit like dust and metal. It’s a very practical place to work. We spend our days dealing with insulation materials, which means a lot of loading and unloading in the warehouse area. It’s physical work and it can get very hot, especially during the peak of the Gujarat summer. We have a small staff lounge where we sit and cool off for a bit during the day. We don't have any fancy posters on the walls or corporate slogans. The focus is always on the materials and making sure the inventory counts are right. We’ve been in this GIDC area for a long time, so we know most of the other business owners nearby. We help each other out when someone needs a tool or some advice on a shipping issue. It’s an honest way to make a living. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just provide insulation and make sure we get through our daily schedule without any major problems.
