Sometimes it gets a bit dusty outside, especially during the dry season, but the building keeps us sheltered and cool. We have a small team, and we all know each other's habits very well. If someone is running late, we usually already know the reason why. It is that kind of place. We do not have a mission statement on the wall. We just know what we have to do and we go about doing it. It is an honest day of work for everyone involved at the company.
