At Lakshy Management Consultant Ltd, we spend our days at Sayajigun Raopura Main Road in Vadodara. Our office is 104 C. It’s a decent spot right on the main road, so there is always a lot of movement outside. Being a management consultant sounds formal, but we are actually just a group of people trying to help other businesses figure things out. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy charts unless we really have to. Most of the time, it’s just sitting around a table and talking through problems until we find a solution that makes sense. The office is a bit cramped because we have quite a few files and books lying around. We’ve been in Vadodara for a bit and we like the vibe of the city. People here are straightforward and that’s how we like to work too. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a bit informal, but it works for us and our clients. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and we usually just order some food from the place down the street. It’s a simple life, but it’s good work. We just take it one day at a time and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door at 104 C. We don't have all the answers, but we work hard to find them.
