We are L T E Es and we operate out of Bellary in Karnataka. Specifically, we are at the address associated with the 390002 area code, though the mail sometimes takes its time getting here. This part of India has a lot of energy, and we try to keep up with it through our engineering work. It is not a huge operation. We are just a few people who have a background in technical stuff and decided to do it on our own. The office isn't anything you would see in a magazine. It is just a room with enough light and enough space for our equipment. We spend our days dealing with various engineering tasks. Some are easy, some make us want to pull our hair out, but we get through them. We don't talk much about visions or excellence. We just talk about how to make the project work. Bellary is a good place to be, even if it gets a bit dusty or hot sometimes. We have built some good relationships with the local folks here. They know we are just regular people who happen to know a lot about engineering. We keep things straightforward and try not to overcomplicate the simple things. That is just how we like to run things at L T E Es. We have been here for a while and plan to stay for much longer.
