Our office is unit 116 in the Orient Bus Centre, located on the Main Road in Sayaji Ganj, Vadodara. We are very close to the ICICI Bank, which is a major landmark in this area. Being on the main road means there is always a lot of movement and noise, with buses and cars passing by at all hours. Our space is a single large room that we’ve divided up with some partitions. It’s a functional setup with rows of benches and a small corner for our administrative work. We don't have any fancy carpets or glass walls; it’s just a standard tiled floor and painted brick. Most of our day is spent interacting with people who come in from the busy street. The building itself is quite old and the stairs can be a bit crowded during the middle of the day. We’ve been here for a long time, so we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Sayaji Ganj. There’s a tea vendor nearby who knows exactly how we like our morning chai. We don’t have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It’s just a few of us making sure everything runs smoothly for the people who visit us. We spend our evenings tidying up the desks and preparing for the next morning's start. It’s a busy, practical life in a very central part of the city, and we just keep things moving along.
