K.T Automation (India)

We’re located at D-32 in the Kamalanjali building. If you know the Radhakrishna Park Crossing in Akota, we are right there, situated just above the HDFC Bank. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re in this part of town. K.T Automation (India) is basically an electronics and automation business. We’ve been in this office for quite a while now. Akota is a nice area, usually pretty busy with people going to the bank or the shops nearby. We handle things like security systems, sensors, and different kinds of automated switches. It’s a lot of technical stuff, but we try to keep it simple when we’re talking to people. We aren't a massive retail store; it's more of a specialized office where we help folks figure out what they need for their buildings or homes. Sometimes the parking downstairs is a total nightmare because of the bank, so we usually tell people to park a block away. We’re a small team, just a few of us handling the phones and the orders. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy or anything like that. If the phone rings, one of us picks it up. We’ve seen the technology change a lot over the years, from basic alarms to all the smart stuff they have now. We just keep learning as we go and try to stay helpful for the local community here in Akota. It's pretty straightforward.
