KSL Agra Chat

KSL Agra Chat is located at No. 9-B in Parichay Park Society. We are right on Mahesh Complex Road, which is just off Waghodia Road, and directly opposite the local swimming pool. It’s a nice spot because of all the people who come by to swim or go for walks in the evening. We aren't a big restaurant or anything like that. We are more of a local food spot where you can get some chat and snacks. The kitchen area is small and it gets quite hot when we are busy cooking. We have a few tables set out, but a lot of people just stand around and eat or take their food home. It’s often noisy with the sound of frying and people talking. We started this because we liked the idea of serving food that reminds us of Agra. It’s not perfect—sometimes the spice levels vary slightly or we run out of a certain ingredient by the end of the night—but we do our best to keep things consistent. We don’t use any fancy menus or decorations. It’s all very basic and functional. Our focus is just on the food and making sure the people who stop by are satisfied with what they get. We see a lot of the same faces every week, families from the Parichay Park Society and kids coming from the pool. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We’re just regular folks making chat for our neighbors on Waghodia Road. It is hard work but seeing people enjoy the snacks makes it worth the effort.
