You can find this Kotak Mahindra Bank at D 8 Nand Society. We are right on Old Padra Road in Vadodara. It is a good location because so many people pass by every day on their way to work. The society is a nice area, and we have become a bit of a fixture here over the years. We are not a massive corporate office. We are just a local branch with a handful of staff members who know the area well. Most of our day is spent helping people with their daily banking. We see a lot of families from Nand Society. We do not go in for all those fancy marketing phrases. We just tell it like it is. If you need a new debit card, we tell you how many days it will actually take to arrive in the mail. If there is a fee, we point it out so there are no surprises later. It is better to be upfront about things. The office gets a lot of natural light from the windows, which is nice. It makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. We have our regulars who come in every week just to update their passbooks. We like that. It feels like we are doing something useful for the neighborhood. Old Padra Road is always noisy, but we have gotten used to the sound of the traffic outside. It is just another day at the bank.
