Kk Nesar Projects Pvt Ltd is located over in Nizampura, inside the Shri Sadan Building on Sonawala Lane. We are on the 270 302 side of things. It’s a busy spot, and we spend most of our time dealing with various project details. It’s not a large corporate office with glass walls, just a regular space where work gets done. There are always papers lying around and people coming in to talk about different tasks. We handle the day-to-day stuff that comes with running projects. Sometimes things go smooth and other times there are delays, which is just part of the job. We have been here for a while and the neighbors know us. Sonawala Lane can get crowded, so we are used to the noise. It’s a local operation, mostly just focused on getting the work finished properly. We don’t do much advertising because the work usually speaks for itself, and we prefer staying busy with the actual projects anyway. If you walk by Shri Sadan, you’ll see our door. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. It gets a bit messy with all the plans and notes, but we know where everything is. That’s just how we work here in this building. We’ve been at it for a few years now and don't plan on moving anytime soon.
