We are located at number 39 in the Nand Niketan Society, right off the A W Ring Road here in Vadodara. It is a pretty easy spot to get to since it is near the main road. Kjd Education is basically run from this house-turned-office. It does not look like much from the outside, just another building in the society. Inside, we have a few rooms set up for our work. It is a bit lived-in, with stacks of papers and some old books on the shelves. We have been here for some time now and it has become our regular routine. The Ring Road can be noisy with the trucks and cars going by, but we have gotten used to the sound. We do not have a big corporate staff. It is just a few of us handling everything. We sit around the main table and talk through what needs to be done each morning. There is no dress code or anything fancy like that. We just wear what is comfortable and focus on the tasks. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it is just a delivery or a neighbor, but that is life in a society. We like the local feel of the place. It keeps us grounded. We do not try to impress anyone with a big office. We just do the work we need to do and keep things simple. It is a modest setup but it serves us well.
