Our office is located at 30 Padra Road, right in the New Bamboo Bazaar area. We are situated behind Aims Oxygen and not too far from Pramukh Swami Hospital. It’s a busy part of the city to work in. We spend our time dealing with suppliers and trying to figure out shipping schedules on the computer. There’s a lot of back and forth on the phone every day. The bazaar is always loud with trucks and people moving goods around. We have a small space where we keep our files and take our meetings. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a practical office for getting things done. We deal with a lot of paperwork because of the nature of international trade. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is delayed or if there’s a problem with a client in a different time zone. The walls are a bit plain and we have a lot of calendars hanging up to keep track of various dates and deadlines. It’s just us working through the daily tasks. We grab lunch from the local spots nearby when we have the time to leave the desk. Being near the hospital means there’s always people around, even late in the evening when we are closing up. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this neighborhood. It’s where we do our business and where we’ve been for quite some time now. We just handle things as they come and try to stay busy every single day.
