Our location is Village Asoj on the Vadodara-halol Express Way, specifically in the Waghodia area. It’s an industrial spot that suits what we do perfectly. We’ve been part of this landscape for years now. Being right on the expressway is a huge advantage for getting our goods out to the ports and other cities. At Kemrock, the atmosphere is very much about getting our hands dirty and making things happen. We have a lot of space here, which is necessary for the kind of industrial scale we operate on. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in ties. We wear work gear and focus on the tasks at hand. The weather can get pretty hot out here in the open, but we’re used to it. We have a mix of office staff and floor workers, and we all tend to know each other pretty well. It’s a straightforward environment. We don't spend a lot of time on long meetings; we’d rather be out making sure the production lines are running smoothly. Every day brings a new set of challenges, whether it's a machine needing maintenance or a logistics issue on the road. We just take it as it comes and keep moving forward. It’s a solid, reliable way to run a business in this part of the country, and we take pride in just getting through the day with our work done properly.
