Being over at Angadh Durgadevi Street in Kumbharwad keeps us right in the thick of the old city vibe. K. Vishal Exports Pvt. Ltd. operates from this building right across from the Ramji Temple. You can hear the temple bells ringing early in the morning which is a nice way to start the day. The milk dairy is just a few steps away so there is always a lot of movement with the milk vans and people carrying cans. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It has got white walls that need a new coat of paint and some heavy wooden cupboards for all the records. We deal with exports but it feels more like a small family operation. The street is narrow so parking is always a headache for anyone visiting. We usually just walk or take a cycle if we need to go nearby. Inside it stays relatively cool because of the thick walls. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the ledger. There’s no big corporate culture here. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes we sit on the steps outside during the break. You see the same faces every day in this part of Kumbharwad. It’s a tight-knit area. The work keeps us on our toes but we take it as it comes. Nothing fancy, just a regular office doing its bit near the temple and the dairy.
