We are located in the Mano Rath Complex, right in the heart of Mandvi in Baroda. If you know the Ghadiyali Pole area, you know it's always crowded and full of life. Our office is up on the third floor, number 301. It’s a tight squeeze in some of these old buildings, but we make it work. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. The Desai Sheri area has its own rhythm. We handle security-related matters here. It’s mostly paperwork and coordinating things. It gets pretty loud outside during the festival seasons, but that's just Baroda for you. The building isn't brand new, and the stairs are a bit narrow. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a few rooms with desks and computers. Most of the people who come here are regulars who have known us for years. We try to be helpful and just get through the daily tasks. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if it’s your first time, but once you find us, we’re usually just busy with the day's chores. We don't bother with a lot of fancy titles or roles. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. It’s a very hands-on way to run things. We stay late sometimes when there is a lot to do, but that’s just how it goes. We like being in the middle of everything. It keeps us feeling connected to the city and the people who live here.
