Jay Siyaram Document Zone

We are located on the first floor in Dandia Bazar, right on Kaggdaspura Main Road at number 6. Being in the document zone means we are surrounded by paper and machines all day long. Whether it is making copies, scanning old records, or helping someone figure out a complicated form, we are usually right in the middle of it. The office gets quite warm in the afternoons because the sun hits the front windows, but we just keep the fans going and carry on. We don't have any polished marketing slogans or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people walking up the stairs after seeing our sign on the street. It’s a bit of a climb, but people don't seem to mind. We have a couple of old chairs for people to wait in while we finish their work. Sometimes the machines act up or we run out of ink, and we have to run out to get more supplies, but that’s just part of the job. We don't try to act like we are some big consultancy firm. We are just a small shop where you can get your documents sorted out without too much fuss. We know our regulars by name, and we know exactly how they like their files organized. It’s just regular daily work for us. The tea guy knows exactly when to bring our order without us even asking.
