Jarson Pharmaceuticals

Our place is on the second floor, unit 703, on GIDC Road No. F/56 in Makarpura. Jarson Pharmaceuticals has been operating out of this Makarpura location for a good while. It’s an industrial sort of area, so it’s not exactly pretty, but it’s practical for what we do. We have a lot of shelves and a lot of boxes, and sometimes it feels like we’re running out of room. The second floor is okay, but moving heavy stuff up and down can be a bit of a workout. We don't have any polished slogans or fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have calendars and notes taped everywhere so we don't forget anything. The team here is small, and we all know each other’s habits. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time on our computers. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the machines from the other units in the GIDC through the walls. We don't try to act like we’re some huge corporation. We’re just a bunch of people working in Makarpura. We take the work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We just show up, do the job, and try to make sure everything is correct before we lock up for the night. There's always something to do, so we just keep at it and help each other out when things get a bit hectic. Usually, it's just about staying organized.
