Asence Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is located on Dr. Vikram Sarabhai Marg. It’s a pretty straightforward place where we handle the daily operations of our pharmaceutical business. Our office isn’t anything special to look at; it’s just a practical space with desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend most of our time dealing with the details of supply chains and making sure all the regulatory stuff is in order. It’s a lot of technical work and requires a lot of attention to detail, so it can get a bit quiet when everyone is focused. We don’t have any big marketing slogans or glossy brochures lying around. We just focus on getting the job done right and making sure our products are handled correctly. The street outside can get quite busy with traffic, but we’ve got a good routine going inside. Most of us have worked together for years, so we know how to help each other out when things get a bit hectic. We don’t try to make our work sound more exciting than it is; it’s mostly just steady, everyday management of the business. We take things as they come and try to keep everything running as smoothly as possible without making a big production out of it.
