J P General Insurance Service is located on the first floor over in Nizampura, New Thippasandra. It’s a decent spot, though you have to climb the stairs to get to us. We spend most of our time dealing with paperwork and talking to people about their different needs. Dealing with insurance isn't always the most exciting thing, but it’s what we know. We try to be clear about what’s happening so there aren't too many surprises. People come in with questions and we do what we can to give them some answers. The office isn't very large, just enough room for the desks and some chairs for visitors. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes with all the forms and files we have to keep. We’ve been in this New Thippasandra neighborhood for a while now. Most of the folks who stop by are from nearby. We don't use any big words or confusing terms if we can help it. It’s better to just say things how they are. Some days are busier than others, especially when there's a lot of renewal work to get through. We just take it one person at a time. It’s a local business and we like it that way. No corporate layers, just us sitting at our desks trying to help people get their papers in order. We’ve been doing this for long enough that it’s all second nature to us by now.
