Iocl Oil Refinery

Iocl Oil Refinery has an office at A 11 Natasha Park Society, which is right behind Satyam Apartment in Gorwa, Baroda. It is a bit unusual to have an office inside a residential society, but it works for us. The area in Gorwa is quite settled, so it’s not as crazy as the main city center. Our space at Natasha Park is where a lot of the planning and paperwork happens. We aren't right at the big industrial sites, so it stays relatively quiet here. Most of our days are spent on the computer or on the phone, tracking stuff and making sure schedules are met. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it has that cozy, lived-in feel. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, which is nice. We have a small kitchen area where we make way too much tea. The address can be a little tricky for delivery drivers to find because of all the similar looking buildings in the society. We usually just tell them to look for the Satyam Apartment landmark. It is a straightforward operation without any bells and whistles. We are just a bunch of people doing the backend work that keeps things running elsewhere. It’s not glamorous, but it is honest work. We like being in this part of Baroda; it’s convenient and feels like a real community rather than just a business district. It’s just how we run things here.
