Our office is at 17B in Pustidhwar Society. It’s right near the Bapod Jakatnaka on Waghodia Road here in Vadodara. Inosplacement Services is basically just us helping local people find some work. Just some plastic chairs for people to sit on while we talk about their options. We spend a lot of time calling different companies and checking through piles of resumes. It can be a bit repetitive sometimes, but it’s a good feeling when someone actually gets a job. The office gets a bit warm in the afternoons during the summer. We just turn on the wall fan and keep going with the work. It’s not a fancy corporate recruitment agency. It’s just a local service we provide. We know the Vadodara area very well. Most of the people who come to see us are from right around here. We try to keep things very simple and honest. No big promises, just looking through the actual options we have on the desk. That is how we spend our days.
