Innovative Ortho Surgicals Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 41 on Road No. 5 in Sardar Estate. This estate is a well-known spot for all kinds of businesses like ours. We work on orthopedic surgical supplies, which means we deal with a lot of metal parts, screws, and plates. Our facility is basically a mix of a small workshop and a simple office. It is a very practical setup. We have various machines for finishing the parts and a clean area for packing them up before they ship. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we all know the routine by heart. Sardar Estate can be quite busy during the day with all the trucks loading and unloading in the lanes. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just focus on making sure the ortho tools are made to the right specifications. The office part of the building is just a few desks and some old filing cabinets. It is nothing fancy, just a place to get the daily work done. We get a lot of phone calls from hospital procurement departments asking about stock. Most of our day is spent checking quality and making sure orders are moving out on the trucks on time.
