You can find us right in Wadi, just across from the Jahagirpura Swaminarayan Mandir. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows the temple. We’ve been operating this medical agency for a while now. The area around here is always full of people, especially during the festivals. Our place isn't very large, but we pack a lot of medicine and supplies into the space we have. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when a big shipment arrives. We spend a lot of our time looking through inventory and helping folks who walk in off the street. Since we are right in the middle of Wadi, we see all sorts of people every day. Some are regulars who have been coming to us for years, and others are just passing through. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still done by hand and memory. The building itself is older, but it serves us well enough. We keep the shelves stocked as best as we can. It’s a noisy street outside with the scooters and the temple visitors, but we like being part of the neighborhood. We don’t really do much marketing. If people need medicine, they know where the temple is, and they find us pretty easily. It’s just a regular shop run by regular people who know their way around a pharmacy shelf and care about the local community.
