Indian Oiltanking Limited is situated at Baroda 20 in Baroda, Gujarat. It’s right here in India. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now. Baroda is a busy place, and our office is right in the middle of things. We deal with the oil tanking business, which keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. The office itself is nothing special to look at. It’s just a place with desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We don't spend much time decorating or making it look pretty. We’re more concerned with making sure the operations are running smoothly. The staff here is mostly local people from Gujarat. We speak a mix of languages in the office, but the work language is usually English or Hindi. Sometimes the tea man comes by in the afternoon, which is the highlight of the day for many of us. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. The traffic in Baroda can be a bit of a headache during rush hour, so some of us get in early to avoid it. It’s a regular job in a regular city. We just keep moving forward with our daily tasks. There is always plenty to do and we try to stay on top of the paperwork that piles up on the desks.
