India Placement Services

We started India Placement Services a while ago because we saw how many people in Vadodara were looking for decent work and didn't know where to turn. It isn't a huge operation, just a few of us here at 10 Shiv Shakti Soc. If you know the Karelibaug area, we are right near the Jalaram Temple. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend who got a job through our office. We spend a lot of our day on the phone with local businesses and looking at resumes that people drop off. Sometimes the office gets a bit busy and there are papers everywhere, but that’s just how it goes when you’re trying to keep track of everyone. Being behind Bikaner Bank makes it easy for people to find us, though the traffic on the main road can be a real headache sometimes. We don't have some big fancy website or anything like that. We just focus on the people who come through the door looking for a way to support their families. It feels good when someone calls back to say they started their new role and it’s actually working out. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and the neighbors are quite nice. It’s a simple setup, just desks and chairs and us trying to make connections between workers and shops or offices that need some extra help. If you're walking past the temple, you'll probably see our sign. We're just regular people.
