We are located over at 13 Jagdamba Appt on the second floor. If you know the Harni Ring Road area in Baroda, we are right near Sundram Nagar. It is a busy part of town but our office stays tucked away upstairs. You have to walk up the steps because it’s an older building style without a lift. The office itself is pretty straightforward. There are desks, some plastic chairs for people to sit while they wait, and stacks of files that seem to never end. We spend most of our mornings just sorting through documents and answering the phone. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the front windows, so the fans are always going at full speed. We aren't trying to be anything fancy or corporate. It’s just a group of us here doing the daily work that needs to get done for Icici Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd. People from around the neighborhood drop by quite often to ask questions or drop off their insurance papers. We know the tea stall guy downstairs pretty well since we're there once or twice a day. It’s a local spot. The traffic on the ring road can get really loud during rush hour, but inside we just keep our heads down and focus. Sometimes the internet is slow or a lightbulb flickers, but that’s just part of being in an older building like Jagdamba. We’ve been here a good while and people know where to find us.
