Icici Bank

This ICICI Bank branch is situated in Nizampura, which is a fairly busy part of Baroda. We are at number 48 in the Kamdhenu Society, specifically in Part 2. If you are coming from the LG Nagar side, we are very close by. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so we get a lot of people who just walk over from their homes. The office itself is quite plain. We have a few desks, the cash counter, and some filing cabinets that are probably getting too full. We don't really do big advertisements or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby or their neighbor told them we were here. Working here in Baroda is good because the pace is a bit more relaxed than the bigger cities. We start our day with a bit of cleaning and then get straight into the deposits and withdrawals. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of forms, but we just sort it out. It’s a practical space meant for business. We don't have any corporate art on the walls, just the stuff we need to get through the day. The street outside can get a bit dusty in the summer, but it's a nice enough spot. We know the regulars well, like the guy who brings in his shop earnings every afternoon. There is a small tea stall just a few doors down where we often get our morning chai. The sounds of the neighborhood, like the kids playing or the occasional scooter horn, drift in whenever the door opens.
