Huaheng Automation Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 103 A, Phase-Ii, Alindra Gidcvillage-Manjusar. It is quite a way out from the main city, so it feels a bit different than working in a crowded urban area. The Alindra GIDC is huge, and we are right there in the middle of it. Our plot has enough space for what we need, but it is definitely an industrial vibe. There are a lot of other companies around here, and you can hear trucks moving around all day long. Inside, we have our setup for automation work. It is a lot of technical work, and we do not really have a front desk or anyone to greet people. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up and sees who it is. We spend most of the day focused on the projects at hand. The village of Manjusar is just nearby, so some of the staff come from there. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. We do not have a lot of fancy furniture or art on the walls. It is just benches, computers, and the equipment we need to do our jobs. Sometimes it gets a bit hot during the summer, but we just get on with things. It is a quiet life out here in Phase-Ii compared to the city. We value the fact that we can just focus on the work without too many distractions. It is a real working environment for everyone involved.
