Hi Tech Services is tucked into the Glacier Complex, specifically at 201 on Productivity Road. We are right opposite Masoun, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are looking. The complex itself is quite busy during the week with all sorts of offices and people coming in and out. Our unit isn't huge, but it fits everything we need. We spend a lot of our time answering calls and fixing things that people bring in. It can get a bit cramped when there are too many boxes sitting around the floor. The light in the office is okay during the day because of the big windows, but we usually have the overhead lights on anyway. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we would like. It keeps us moving, I guess. Productivity Road always has a lot going on, and you can hear the traffic from the window if you leave it open. We have been here for a long time and have seen different shops come and go in the complex. Our routine is pretty much the same every day. We start around nine and stay until the work is finished. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We don't really go in for fancy decorations or anything like that. It is just a functional workspace for the team to get things done. Most of us just want to do the job and go home to our families.
