Our office is over at 515 Anand Nagar, right in the Karelibaug area of Vadodara. It’s a decent enough spot, though parking can be a bit of a pain if you come at the wrong time. We focus on credit cards here, which sounds a lot more exciting than it actually is. Most of the day is just checking details, making sure names are spelled right, and keeping track of all the forms that come in. We try to explain things in plain words because the fine print on these forms is enough to give anyone a headache. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with a receptionist out front. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a screen to see what you need. The weather in Vadodara gets pretty hot, so we’re thankful for the AC, even if it makes a bit of a rattling noise sometimes. We’ve got stacks of brochures, but mostly we just talk to people. It’s about getting through the day and making sure the applications are sent off to the right department without any mistakes.
