Hathway Cable Datacom Ltd

This is the local office for Hathway Cable Datacom Ltd over on B P C Road, Phase-3 Gidc, units 302-303. It’s where we handle the cable and internet stuff for this part of the area. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a lot of cables lying around, and some monitors showing the network status. It’s mostly technicians coming in and out, grabbing gear before they head out to fix someone's connection. I spend my time here answering phones and trying to keep the schedule straight. It’s not always easy because things break at the worst times. We get people coming in to pay bills or ask why their internet is slow. I try to explain it as best as I can without using too many technical words. The Gidc area is mostly industrial, so it’s not very pretty, but it’s where we need to be. We’ve been in these units for a while now. The air conditioning sometimes struggles in the summer, but we manage. We aren't the big bosses from the main headquarters. We're just the local crew trying to keep the signals running for everyone nearby. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and dealing with wires. We just do the work and try to get home on time like everyone else. It’s a busy job but someone has to do it. Just a regular day at the cable office. Nothing too exciting happens, but we stay busy with the local accounts and requests.
