Harshad Pandya

Harshad Pandya is located on Palace Road, which is a pretty well-known part of town. I’ve been operating from this area for years, and I’ve seen the street change quite a bit in that time. My office is a humble space where I handle my daily business. It’s not one of those modern glass buildings you see popping up everywhere. It’s more of an old-school setup with heavy wooden furniture and a ceiling fan that’s seen better days. I prefer it this way. People know they can find me here during the usual hours. I don't really go in for marketing or trying to grab everyone’s attention. Most of the people I work with have been coming to me for a long time, or they were sent by someone else I know. The work involves a lot of reading and writing, so it stays fairly quiet inside despite the noise from Palace Road. I usually keep the door open to let some air in, even if it brings in the sound of the traffic. Sometimes I take a break and walk down the street to get some snacks or a coffee. It’s a simple life and a simple way of working. I don't feel the need to expand or make things bigger than they are. I’m satisfied with how things are running right now. I just sit down and get the work done as it arrives on my desk.
