Over here at Gujarat Oiland Industries Limited, we work out of our office in Baroda. The office is located at B 35 Chinar Woods, which is right on Akota Road. A lot of people in the city know where the Taj Residency Hotel is, and we are situated quite near that landmark. It is a nice enough area to work in, maybe a bit more upscale than some of the industrial zones. We handle oil and industrial tasks from this location. The oil business can be quite complicated with many different rules, but we try to keep our daily operations here as simple as possible. The building Chinar Woods is easy to spot if you are familiar with the Akota Road area. We have a small, dedicated team here managing the various business requirements. Baroda is a very central place for industries like ours in the state of Gujarat. We spend most of our time on the phone, looking at spreadsheets, or reviewing reports. It is not a refinery or a factory on-site here; it is more of the administrative and management side of the oil business. The traffic on Akota Road can be a bit of a headache during the morning and lunch hours, but we are used to it by now. We have been in this office for a good number of years. People come and go, but the core work stays the same. Gujarat Oiland Industries Limited is not about being flashy or modern. We just want to make sure the business runs smoothly.
